Dave is the Chief Investment Officer at iProspect and the EVP, head of video investment in the TV and video activation team at dentsu, handling more than $8 billion in TV/video placement and negotiations. He leads his team in all linear and non-linear properties that includes OTT, VOD, digital video, addressable, programmatic, linear TV, and cinema. He works on all of dentsu’s clients, spanning smaller and larger budgets, including Pfizer, P&G, Diageo, AB InBev, CTC and more.


Dave is known for trying to master current and future marketplaces by looking at both macro and micro trends to help inform how to provide solutions to our client business challenges of today.  Known for industry leadership as it relates to the Upfront marketplace, which is the single largest marketplace in the world.  Also known for being a vocal supporter of the growth of CTV and the improvements needed to ensure its continued scaling from an advertising ​ support perspective.

Nicole comes with nearly 21 years of experience in a strategic media agency environment.  As a current EVP for the mid-market portfolio, Nicole’s focus is to bring national + localized, full-funnel strategies to brands, ultimately driving acquisition & positive ROI for her clients. She has been at the forefront of data-driven planning and results measurement within regulated industries, working closely with analytics to develop bespoke solutions that serve brand objectives. 


Nicole is dedicated to media optimization in response to data-driven ROI and leads inter-department teams to deliver holistically on that promise. Her experience covers several verticals with exposure across multiple brands including but not limited to Cleveland Clinic, Eyemart Express, City of Hope, Citizens Bank, Gerber Life, BayCare Health, Savers, Harvest Hill, Hometown Food Brands, and more!


Nicole graduated with a degree in Political Science & Psychology from Assumption University and loves to spend her free time with her husband and 8-year-old daughter, Saylor.

Stefanie is an experienced client lead with focused attention to crafting e-commerce and retail client's media and marketing strategy, integrating key solutions and thought leadership to deliver upon awareness, lead and revenue business goals. While responsible for the overall success of client business relationships, for both US and Global brands, she specializes in identifying performance media optimizations and strategy pivots to drive incremental business value for retail clients at a holistic media strategy level at both a B2C and B2B level. Having began her career as a local television buyer, Stefanie’s career work has evolved to proving the value of brand to demand customer connections. 


In addition to client focused work, Stefanie also plays a role in iProspect’s Integrated Planning department’s Center of Excellence, establishing and showcasing best practices and standards for integrated planning and strategies to deliver successful and strategically sound outcomes for clients.

Before coming over to Dentsu, Garret has worked at WPP, Omnicom and IPG. He consistently is looking to learn and drive innovative efforts across a varying range of big and small clients across all relevant verticals. He has worked with major global brands like Volvo, EA Games, Anker, Norwegian Cruise Line as well as assisted in B2B needs for clients like IBM and Ernst & Young. Garret graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Marketing and loves to hangout on the beach or spending time with his wife and new puppy

Since joining the New Business team at iProspect 3 years ago, Stefanie has pitched for businesses across all major categories and fortune 500 clients. She remains heavily involved in the pitch process and promises new clients that she will be a constant leader in all transition related discussions. 


Stefanie loves nothing more than spending time with her two boys and exploring all the joys of motherhood.
